Ok, here’s the deal. Lucas told be about this style of running. Something about some indians from Mexico. Anyways, I don’t have any money for running shoes so I thought I would give it a try. Here is the results of my first half mile. It’s really not that bad and my calves are sore but not a bad kind of sore. I can really see this working well once my feet have warmed up to the idea. Literally warmed up… after I ran my feet were on fire, probably has something to do with the friction. The point is you run toe to heal. Here is a link to the concept: www.runningbarefoot.org.
