Oh man, are you ready for all of this? I’m going to try and make this short and to the point. Lets start from the beginning… Gpa has decided to retire. His original plan was to retire in 2 years but business has gotten worse so now is the time. He already has a buyer and the place is basically sold. Now it’s time to start packing, literally. Next thing to do was get a job. I’m currently in process of getting a job at Best Buy working on computers. I’ve gone to one interview and there is supposed to be another one coming. I had to quit college because I can’t work and go to school at the same time, I just can’t afford it. In the middle of all of this we heard of someone at church buying a condo in ankeny for less than what we pay for rent. So we looked into it and it’s true. They are 2 bedroom 2 bath with a fireplace and other good stuff and it’s less than our 1 bedroom apartment, plus we’ll be buying it so we won’t be throwing our money away. Next step is to get pre-approved. That we will find out this morning. We’ve decided if we can’t get pre-approved then it’s God’s way of telling us we’re not ready yet. If we do get pre-approved it will be a blessing financially. The place wouldn’t close til December so we’ll have lots of time to pack, and Brooke is off for a month then anyway.
