Denver is growing up so fast. This morning he is eating grape-nuts. He gets his own kleenex when he sneezes. He even took the nursery sticker off of Carson and threw it away all by himself.
Caron, however, is still my baby. And it’s going to be crazy, ’cause the new baby will be here in only 5 months!
We recently went to the the Des Moines Farmer’s Market with my grandparents. It was a beautiful day and there were lots of people.
Denver got a big huge cookie. He saves his money in his little bank and then we take some coins down and he gets a cookie. This was his first time getting a chocolate chip cookie and it was a mess!

I love this picture! We brought Denver’s wagon but he wanted to walk so he has to hold someone’s hand.
Now this is what you call street evangelism. This guy was preaching in the street! Not sure if this how I’d approach it but he’s a brave guy!
After the Farmer’s Market we walked across this sweet bridge that is downtown Des Moines.
Before we left, I had Carson in the driver’s seat. I have a picture of Denver like this too so I thought I’d grab one of Denver.

Denver was all ready for bed and all happy while Brooke was making the bed so I had to get a couple pics.
Don’t know where the bottle came from but Denver started munchin away as soon as it was in his hands.
I came home for lunch and played with Denver.
He was really sad :(
Denver was crabby so I went and got him from his crib.
I’m finally heading to bed after working on a fix for my website. Some of you won’t follow what I’m saying here but it’s ok. I noticed about a week ago that my website was not rendering (looking correct) in Internet Explorer but it was in Firefox. I realized I was two upgrades behind on my website theme. So I upgraded and all is well. Not sure what was causing the problem but it’s fixed now.
Now on to Denver and Brooke, the important parts. Denver is great, he likes to pee on mom when changing his diaper but not dad. Ha ha. But really he is a very easy baby. He’s sleeping through the nights mostly. Today we went on an adventure to the mall. He seemed to like it. Here’s some pics:
I took this while sitting and waiting for Brooke to feed Denver. She was getting ready to in in the door on the right there and another woman and her baby walked up. I told Brooke to invite her in and I would "sit & wait"
