This is a great, healthy breakfast choice for kids or adults!
Saturdays allow more time for a bigger breakfast. Today I had bacon, sausage, 2 pieces of toast with 2 eggs and a banana with almond butter. Lunch: chips & cowboy caviar. Corn, beans, avacado, cilantro, Rotel & lime. Dinner: 2 kale & turkey tacos.
We had a great night off from all the craziness of summer. We just grilled, ate outside it the gorgeous weather, roasted ‘s’mores and, after the kids were in bed, sat by the fire.
