Breakfast: oatmeal topped with raisins, nuts and almond milk; banana with almond butter.   

Lunch: sushi at Hyvee in Ankey  

After lunch we went to the new Starbucks in Hyvee and I got a free drink! My summer go to drink is a iced coffee with soy milk, no sweetener.    

Dinner was late because we ate after cell group. We had chicken fried rice. Tonight’s pics are from during preparation. I’m always amazed how Brooke can time everything to cook at the right time so it all comes out perfect at the end.
